2. What we collect
You give us a name, email, and usually a phone number when you register for a training or join any of our programs. We also see technical basics when you use the site (for example, your IP address and browser type). If you pay, our payment provider handles the card. We receive the payment result, not your full card number.
3. What we use it for
We use it to give you access, send links and reminders, enrol you if you buy, support you as a member, and improve the site. We also use it to measure and run the ads that brought you here.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell your information.
We use other companies to run the operation. The usual ones are:
Meta — ads and measurement
Zoom — the workshop and some calls
CRM — email, SMS, and your student record
Our payment provider — taking payment
Those companies only get what they need to do that job.
5. Overseas
Some of those companies store data outside Australia, including the United States. If you use the site or register, your information may be held in those places and handled under those countries’ laws.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a registrant or student record while it is still useful for the trainings, the programs, or support, and then for a reasonable period for accounts and the law. If you want it deleted sooner, email [email protected]. We will delete what we can. We may keep a thin record if the law requires it (for example, a paid invoice).
7. Emails and ads
If you register, we email and may text you about what you registered for and the related offer. If you join our programs or offerings, we email you about those. You can unsubscribe in the email or write to [email protected].
We use cookies and similar tools so the site works, so we can see what pages you visit, and so we can show relevant ads (including on Meta). You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site may work less well if you do.
8. Your rights
If you are in Australia, you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, under the Australian Privacy Principles. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is you before we change anything.

We may update this page. The version that applies is the one live when you use the site or when you buy.
