1. Who you are contracting with

You are dealing with Mardox Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 57 664 112 547), not a trading nickname and not a person in their private capacity. “We” and “us” on this page means that company. “You” means the person using the site, registering for the trainings, or buying our products.

2. How you agree

By using this website, registering for our trainings, or paying for our products, you agree to this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not buy. Paying at checkout constitutes acceptance. We do not need a second signature for this page to apply.

3. What you are buying or using

The website is for information and registration. All of our offerings are optional, and you can say no. Our programs and trainings include: daily instructions, templates, weekly review, and access to the systems named in your confirmation email. It is not a done-for-you build, not a job, and not a promise of revenue, users, or a valuation. You do the work. We provide the system and the help you need along the way.

4. Price, tax, and payment

The price that applies to you is the price shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email. Workshop-path and public-path prices can differ; an old ad or PDF does not override your checkout price. GST is included or added exactly as your invoice shows.

5. Refunds and cancellation

For most of our programs, you have a 30-day fair-go refund from the day we receive your first payment.

We’ve made the refund process simple: email us within 30 days, say you want the refund, and attach the early work you started (EX: the idea step and a simple design is enough).

A fair go is enough — we are not looking for a finished app, we are not looking for a reason to say no, and you do not need to have finished the program.

We refund what you have paid to the original payment method, less any third-party processing fee the provider does not return to us. We aim to confirm the outcome within 10 business days. This promise sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; it does not replace them.

6. Who owns what

You own the source code, designs, copy, and product you create in the program. You may download it, export it, and keep building and publishing it without us. Telling us your idea so we can coach you does not give us the right to build that product as our own. We own the website, brand, recordings, curriculum, templates, prompts, and Mardox systems. You get a personal licence to use those materials to build your own products. You may not resell or republish them as a competing course or download pack.

7. Acceptable use

Use the site and the program lawfully. Do not harass our team or other students, share login details, scrape or republish our materials, upload malware, or pretend to be someone else. We may pause or end access if you do. If we end access for conduct, amounts already due remain payable, subject to the Australian Consumer Law and to the 30-day refund if you are still inside that window and otherwise eligible.

9. Support and feedback

We provide SMS, WhatsApp and email support from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sydney time. Members also receive customised weekly feedback on their work and progress, directly from Hooman Mardox.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, nothing on this page excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights. Where the law lets us limit liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, and it is fair and reasonable to do so, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. 11. Date and which document wins

This page was last updated on 13 September 2026. We may post a new version; the version that applies to a purchase is the one live on the day you paid, plus any confirmation email we sent you for that purchase. For a purchase, documents control in this order: (1) that confirmation email, (2) any program-specific agreement you signed, (3) this page. Something said live on a live training or workshop is part of the deal only if it made it into the email or this page.
